Who We Are
Our Goals
Goal 1: Our objective is to enhance educational opportunities through sports and enable individuals to pursue their ambitions in the entertainment industry while taking advantage of educational opportunities. As part of our commitment to the advancement of individuals of all ages, The Rock will provide cutting-edge technology to support and enrich the experiences of those participating in our programs and services.
Goal 2: Our aim is to address health issues, specifically focusing on opioid addiction. Leading this effort is our Health Director, Dr. Milton Padgett, an experienced emergency medicine physician based in Madison, Alabama. Dr. Padgett is affiliated with multiple hospitals and brings over 20 years of practice to our team. With a specialization in opioid treatment and overdoses, Dr. Padgett is also a qualified “first responder.” His expertise extends to diagnosing and treating patients with critical conditions such as heart attacks, drug overdoses, shock, and severe bleeding. Through our collaboration with Dr. Padgett, The Rock is committed to providing essential treatment not only in major cities but also in rural areas where access to services is often overlook
Goal 3: Recreation – The Rock is dedicated to offering round-the-clock sports and recreation activities, ensuring that individuals have access to engaging opportunities at any time. Our cutting-edge basketball facility is unlike anything else available, providing both members and non-members with the chance to participate in a state-of-the-art environment. One of our unique features, “Video Play,” allows players to record themselves during pickup games. These recordings are then played back live on video screens throughout the facility and even on a videotron located outside. In addition to our exceptional basketball facilities, The Rock also boasts state-of-the-art fitness equipment, further enhancing the overall recreational experience.

The Rock 24/7 Community Enrichment Facility is a dynamic sports, fitness, education, and wellness hub catering to residents of Atlanta, as well as major cities and rural areas. Our mission is to deliver top-notch educational programs for youth, young adults, and the elderly, as well as provide exceptional health programs tailored to their needs. At The Rock, we are committed to cultivating an unparalleled environment that combines sports, wellness, and education to bring joy and fulfillment to every visitor and staff member. We actively support, sponsor, and host community events, aiming to amplify our impact locally and nationally. By utilizing our facility, we aspire to enhance our patrons’ enjoyment and appreciation for lifelong engagement in sports, fitness, education, and wellness. The Rock’s ultimate goal is to make a significant difference and positively transform lives on both local and national scales.
